Yes, a credit card is required for every booking. Otherwise, you can do a bank transfer.

 

How can I know that my booking is confirmed?

At the end of the booking you will receive an automatically generated email with your confirmation number: you can print it or simply write it down.

 

What are the cancellation terms?

The cancellation terms are specified for each rate or promotion in the booking form.

 

Does the price include breakfast?

Yes: unless otherwise indicated, the price includes the buffet breakfast.

 

Why has the price changed since yesterday?

The prices depend on the availability of the rooms and according to the requests, as happens when you book a flight. Normally, the sooner you make your reservation the better the rate you will find.

 

Is there a WiFi connection?

Yes, of course. You can connect your laptop to the wi-fi for free both in the room and throughout the hotel.

 

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3.00 pm. Check-out is by 10.00 am. If you leave before 7.00 am, we kindly ask you to settle the room bill by 10.00 pm of the previous day.

 

How can I pay?

It is possible to pay by credit card, debit card, cash and checks.

 

Is it possible to have an invoice for the stay?

Yes, to avoid waiting times at the check-out, it is recommended to anticipate the billing data at the booking confirmation.

 

What are the restaurant opening times?

Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10.00 am. Lunch is served from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm. Dinner is served from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

 

What are the wellness area opening times?

The wellness centre is open every day from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm.

 

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome. Small pets are allowed on request with a daily supplement.

Do you have a parking space?

Santa Caterina Valfurva is located in the heart of the Stelvio National Park and it has always been an exemplary model of eco-sustainability. The new environmental provisions have forced hotel buildings to equip themselves with garages and leave as much green space as possible outside. For this reason we only have a few free parking outside and a large garage for a fee.

 

How far is the centre of Santa Caterina Valfurva from the hotel?

The historic centre is just few steps away from the hotel. The millennial historic centre of Bormio, just 10 minutes by car from the hotel, is a must visit.

 

How far is the departure of the cable car from the hotel and is there any means of transportation to reach it?

The hotel is 300 meters far away from the Plaghera chairlift and 500 meters from the cable car that leads directly to the top. They can be reached with the free shuttle service that stops in front of the hotel every 30 minutes. The chairlift, on the other hand, can be reached directly from the hotel by skis.

Excellent hotel!

We found this hotel excellent for our ski holiday this year. The food was extremely and our apartment spacious and clean. The situation is good with ski in ski out so no carrying of ski for any distance. Good bus route to Bormio for a day at different slopes.
